Blessings and Celebrations
2018 into 2019

And he danced before the King

               In celebration of a glorious year of
                         graduations, publications,
                         and personal revelations;

                         new adventures, opportunities,
                         and promotions;

                         brand new lives
                         and lives gone to Glory.

               A year of blessings pouring into cups
                         and saucers they could not hold

                         and in the overflow, we chased the rainbow
                         to the Pot of Mercy,

                         that is the beginning and not the end.

                A year of wait on Him.  And My God,
                         Didn’t He deliver!

               My Lord, we thank you for this year
                         Of overwhelming grace and favor.

               In our New Year, continue, Lord, to teach us to wait -
                         In service and in love – on You.

                         For in your season, You will deliver us all.

                In Jesus’ name we pray, praise, and dance before the King.
                          Happy New Year,
                                     Amen.
